Oreko (オレ子 Oreko?) is a small, barefoot girl wearing an orange diving helmet found in the Submarine World. When interacted with, she gives Sabitsuki the Diving Helmet effect. In the Submarine World, she is found either inside her house, working on a large, mysterious machine, in which case she is uninteractable, or walking around inside or outside.

When playing as Rust, Oreko disappears from the Submarine World, and the younger version of her in the Hospital dies. She remains in her tube in the Industrial Maze, and can be encountered in an event that takes place in the Deadhole. Here, a shadowy Oreko will slowly walk to the bottom before vanishing.

Fans speculate that Oreko could be someone that Sabitsuki somewhat knew in the hospital, and was also her first friend based on the version we see of her in the hospital.

There is another theory going that Oreko also could've possibly been Sabitsuki's imaginary friend when she was little.
